I have only had my refrigerator 2 weeks and so far I'm satisfied. My only issue is that finger prints are a concern. Frigidaire should recommend specific products to address this issue.

Our primary fridge went down. I wanted an all-season fridge and planned on purchasing one after the summer. Necessity becomes the "mother of purchase." The one issue I have is the organizers on the inside of the door are a bit too flimsy. Otherwise, I ah happy.

I have only had my new refrigerator for about a week and thus far I am satisfied with it.Since it has a stainless steel exterior, I am constantly wiping fingerprints. Frigidaire should give a list of preferred stainless steel cleaners for their products.

I love the look of this refrigerator. It™™s sleek in its design and it fits perfectly in my small space for a kitchen .I love the no handle doors !! I only wish it had the non-fingerprint finish and mine sometimes runs loud like the fan is hitting against something when it™™s going off™¦ it doesn™™t do it all the time though .Hopefully that goes away .. It has a good temperature keeps things cold and the freezer does well.

I've had the fridge for a year, it stopped cooling down a couple of times for to a faulty part. Otherwise, it's been great. Since it was under warranty they sent someone out to repair it without charge. Great company!

I received my new refrigerator today. How wonderful to get a brand new shining appliance. So far so good with a few tweaks that would make it even better. The delivery process was amazing and the refrigerator fits very well and looks nice in my kitchen. The deli drawer is in the middle, which is a little cumbersome for my family and there is no lightbulb in the freezer which isn™™t working so well for us either. But other than that, it™™s great

So far the refrigerator works great, but its been two days and the ice bucket is only about one third full, it looks like it will take a week to fill it up or longer and I use a lot of ice for tea and soda. Thats why the 4 stars.

We bought this refrigerator (model FFTR1835VS) in September 2024 because it was marketed as a no-frills, durable unit. We didn™™t need fancy features™"just something reliable. It broke after six months.Not only did both the fridge and freezer stop cooling entirely, but Frigidaire™™s customer service has been shockingly slow. They™™re closed on weekends (seriously?) and it takes two full days just to process a claim, after which you™™re told it™™ll be another 1™2 weeks before a technician can come out. Meanwhile, we™™ve lost a fridge full of food and have no idea how long it™™ll take to actually fix or replace the unit.Design-wise, it™™s also just not great. As a tall person, I found the layout very uncomfortable to use, and the plastic bins and shelves discolored quickly. The build quality feels cheap despite the stainless look.We bought this fridge because it was reviewed as ™durable,™ but that™™s clearly not the case. If you want peace of mind or timely customer support, look elsewhere

I only have the unit since Friday 04/04.2025. It is still mot in use, as we let let run for 24 hours before putting it, but there are several comments we would like to let you know which it makes the unit uncomplete. The unit comes without a full use and care manual, not very smart. The freezer has only one shelf, and the refrigerator only two. That evokes the anger of every housewife. You should correct that immediately. You want to be loved by the housewife and future customers !! not hated or disappointing.

My 20+ year old fridge died unexpectedly and living in a rural area, there was not a lot of choices. Space and organize wise, it is something of a step up from the old one and certainly more energy efficient. I would have preferred an Energy Star rated model, but I only had a choice between this one and a much more expensive model that would fit into the kitchen cabinet notch. A small issue is the thickness (or lack) of the glass shelves. Put a full gallon of milk on one and watch it bend a little.Overall, I like the chrome finish and I am happy with it, so 4 stars.
